About the European Plaques

Plaques are typically used for high denominations casino chips in European casinos. Even if you’ve never ventured onto the high stakes tables of Monte Carlo or the Aviation Club de France, you’ve likely seen these credit card sized plaques in the ubiquitous James Bond films. The feel of them is very similar to our Venerati ceramic chips. The somewhat generic Protege design on these plaques was done intentionally so they could supplement a wide variety of chip sets. This set of six European Plaques comes in $1000 thru $1 Million denominations.

G'day, it's always a worry buying things from the US yet I've had no problems with two online orders. The Venerati chips are amazing for the price, and now to round out the set I've got some high denomination Protege Plaques. They look excellent, stack excellent and the lovely clack sound lets everyone know these are very high quality items especially for a home game. Never played with plaques before so I don't know how they compare, but as far as my James Bond themed night is concerned, Sidepot - Nobody Does It Better...
