• After completing your order, please submit your inlay artwork and any instructions to orders@sidepot.com. Please send all artwork in a CMYK color format as a TIF or JPEG file. Set-up your labels as 3x3 inch circles at a resolution of 300 dpi. Any text should be at least 24 pt.

• Full payment required upon placing custom orders.
• Delivery typically takes 4-8 months from artwork approval.
• Rush orders are not an option. No exceptions.
• Cashier's check or money order required for $3000+ orders.
• Backgrounds will not be made to match base chip colors.
• Protected images and images of people require a release.
• No returns are allowed on custom chip orders.
• Florescent colors or non-white inlay backgrounds extra. Submit design for quote prior to ordering.
