Unless
you’re willing to spend several thousand dollars on an
authentic poker table, we strongly recommend the do it yourself
route as most all of the Texas Holdem poker tables you’ll
find on the web in the $500 to $1000 price range are pretty
poor quality. The reality is you can build a poker table of
much higher quality and durability for $200 to $300. Furthermore,
due to the high weight and thus shipping costs involved when
purchasing poker tables, you’ll usually end up spending
$200 to $300 just to crate and ship the table.
