2. Within two years from this original purchase date, visit our site and purchase any qualifying high-end set of poker chips from BuyPokerChips.com. Note that this offer is not good with other promotions or discounts.
3. Once satisfied with the new high-end poker chip set purchase, simply use the box they came in to return the old set of chips to us within 15 business days. Make sure to clearly indicate the original order number, customer name, and original order date on an enclosure within the returned package. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
4. Once BuyPokerChips.com receives the old trade-up chip set, you should allow 15 business days for the trade-up credit to be applied to your credit card.
